The following outlines some of the training programs that all new employees must complete before being assigned to any place of work. While customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal, our employees’ health and safety is paramount in attaining this goal due to the nature of the services that we provide.

Due to the diverse portfolio of clientele which we serve, BCR Maintenance makes certain that all employees receive a generalized health and safety training on relevant topics and annual refresher training thereafter; as well as MRI Level 1 Safety Training.We take pride in knowing that our staff safety training not only meets but also exceeds OSHA standards and requirements.

An additional site-specific health and safety training is provided based on the requirements of the client and/or the nature of the job; such as MRI Level 2 Safety Training for Zone 4 staff. Training is accomplished in several ways: audiovisuals, classroom instruction, pre and post tests and provides the opportunity for the employees to ask questions to ensure that they understand the material presented to them. All training programs are documented.

In the MRI suites, employees will be escorted through permitted zones and given explanation of zone restrictions by MRI Safety Officer. Employees authorized to enter zones 3 and 4, will be pre-screened and complete an MRI safety screening questionnaire, as well as completion of Level 2 safety  course. The employees cleared to clean Zone 4 will not be granted access unless accompanied by a MRI staff Level 2 employee.Employees will only use equipment that is properly labeled and identified according to zone.
