As an integrated facility solution, it is imperative to have a well structured operational team. Through this structure, we’ve developed an approach that allows us to manage each facility’s unique service needs.To expand our footprint, we are committed to attracting and retaining team members dedicated to providing the highest level of custodial service.
Once a potential employee is referred to the company, the candidate is required to provide references and a detailed account of their past work experience as it relates to the services required for a particular job site. Once reviewed, the company proceeds with interviewing employees to further evaluate his/her skill set and availability. Contingent on work site, potential employees are also be required to interview with the MRI Safety Officer in order to be evaluated for MRI safety training capability.
Should the employee be deemed acceptable after the confirmation of documentation, references and personal interviews, we then proceed to assign the employee to his/her respective job site and complete the necessary training.
